Position Overview

We are currently hiring 10 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide home- and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services throughout Michigan.

Our team delivers evidence-based therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and language delays. This role offers the opportunity to design individualized treatment programs, supervise clinical teams, and directly impact the lives of children and families.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Program Development

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
  • Develop new ABA programs and modify existing programs based on client progress
  • Utilize ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) methodologies

Team Collaboration & Supervision

  • Collaborate with treatment teams, including directors, parents, and support networks
  • Provide training, supervision, and support to therapists and clinicians
  • Maintain regular communication regarding schedules and evolving client needs

Compliance & Reporting

  • Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, authorizations, and reports
  • Maintain required documentation and billable caseload standards
  • Support adherence to all clinical policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Master’s degree with completed ABA coursework
  • Strong knowledge of ABA and DTT methodologies
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to manage supervisory responsibilities alongside billable caseload

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in a second language (bilingual/multilingual candidates may qualify for increased base pay)
  • Experience supervising clinicians or therapy teams
  • Interest in research and professional development opportunities
