Business Development Manager – Recruitment (50/50 Partnership Model)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (Recruitment) to join as a 50/50 business partner to expand recruitment operations across the UK, India, and UAE markets across all major sectors.

This is not a salaried role. This is a strategic partnership opportunity designed for a results-driven recruitment professional who wants to build and scale a business with shared ownership and profit.


Role Overview

You will lead client acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth across multiple industries, while working collaboratively on delivery strategy and operational scaling.

The ideal candidate is already experienced in recruitment sales and understands cross-border hiring dynamics in at least one of the target markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategy across UK, India, and UAE
  • Identify, approach, and secure new recruitment clients
  • Build long-term relationships with HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers
  • Negotiate terms of business and fee structures
  • Drive sector diversification across industries (IT, Healthcare, Engineering, Finance, Construction, etc.)
  • Collaborate on delivery strategy to ensure successful placements
  • Contribute to brand positioning and market penetration

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in recruitment business development
  • Strong client network in at least one of the following markets: UK, India, UAE
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term vision
  • Experience handling permanent, contract, or executive search mandates
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-based partnership model
